Guests on our Polar Bear Safari must complete a waiver by the tours' tundra buggy operator, Frontiers North.

1) Please A) download, B) print, and C) complete the waiver, including writing your invoice number at the top of the form.

2) Return the waiver to Classic Canadian Tours via:
