Payment schedule:

• A $350 deposit is due at the time of booking
• Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure
• For bookings made less than 90 days prior to the departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Full payment due dates:

• Friday, November 8, 2024 for the Friday, February 7, 2025 tour
• Friday, December 6, 2024 for the Friday, March 7, 2025 tour

• 2 nights guided Northern Light viewing from a cozy cabin or wall tent, with snacks and hot beverages provided
• Round trip airfare to Whitehorse from Calgary, Edmonton or Vancouver
• 2 nights hotel
• City Tour, including Miles Canyon
• Yukon Wildlife Preserve Tour
• Experienced, professional tour guides/drivers
• Ground transfers in Whitehorse

Deposits are non-refundable.  Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the departure date are 100% non refundable.  We recommend that our clients purchase travel/cancellation insurance to protect against sickness, injury or any other unforeseen circumstance that could lead to cancellation of the trip.  Classic Canadian Tours reserves the right to modify our tour Terms & Conditions at any time.
