COVID-19 POLICY DETAILS

COVID SAFETY


To be safe while traveling, you will be required to wear a mask when physical distancing is not possible.

This will include in airports, during flights, on all transportation such as buses, buggies, boats.  You will be allowed to remove your mask to eat or drink during that time.  

Hand sanitizer will be supplied, but you will need to supply your own mask.  There will also be a temperature check and COVID health questions asked before boarding the aircraft.


COVID-19 CANCELLATION, CHANGE AND REFUND POLICY


This policy applies to all our package tour bookings for travel in 2021.

A deposit of $350.00 CAD per person is due at the time of booking.  Reservations must be accompanied by the guests' full names and contact information.  Full payment is due 90 days prior to the departure.

Cancellation and refund

In the event that you cancel your reservation, refunds will be made according to the following schedule:

  • Booking - 91 days prior to departure:  $350.00 CAD per person is non-refundable
  • 90 - 0 days prior to departure:  100% of the total invoice is non-refundable

In the event that Classic Canadian Tours cancels the tour due to COVID-19 all guests will receive the choice of a refund or a credit for a future travel date, for all money paid to us.

Change

For extra assurance on our Polar Bear Safari and Grizzly Bear West Coast tours, we also offer the following changes:

  • Name change - that if you are not able to travel, you can substitute the name on your file at any time prior to the tour date.  There is no charge or penalty for the change.
  • Date change - If you need to change your tour date, we will make the change for travel within the same year (subject to availability). There is no charge or penalty for the change.
